I will say the staff is super nice and accommodating, overall. Calling it a 'luxury' hotel is a stretch, in my opinion. Sort of had a kitchen a little countertop and a microwave and a refrigerator. Super tiny bathroom with zero counter-space. The layout room was fine, and what you would expect in an old hotel. Got the lovely 'elevator' room lots of noise all night. We bit on a travel zoo promotion for a weekend there ( in reality it was not much of a 'deal' anyway), so should have expected to be assigned the worst room, and we were.
